Thanks to your donations, we handed off a new Starlink device today to the Bakhmut police force, which will enable the civilian leadership in Bakhmut to stay connected to the internet to coordinate first responders and support humanitarian relief efforts in this town which is facing heavy bombardment and occupation by Russian forces.
The Starlink will be deployed as part of a mobile police unit responsible for keeping the peace in this volatile region, and empower officers to respond swiftly to emergencies situations, ensuring the safety and security of the community they serve even during an unprecedented assault.
For the safety of our team, we handed off the Starlink to our Bakhmut contact in Konstantinovka.
