Mission

The world has come together to bring aid to Ukraine.

We bring it the rest of the way.

Last mile delivery is the biggest need for 2.5 million civilians still living near the front lines of the war.

Front line communities face similar challenges:

  • Poor or nonexistent utilities: electricity, heat, clean water, internet

  • Destroyed bridges, roads, and lack of critical infrastructure

  • Devastated private homes, with some neighborhoods over 90% destroyed by shelling

  • Lack of reliable commercial shipping routes

  • Small working age population with a lot of elderly and children who need help

These problems make it difficult if not impossible for humanitarian aid donated from all over the world to reach the civilians who need it most.

That’s where Ukraine Aid International comes in.

With the help of our volunteer fleet of over 25 vehicles, we organize hand-to-hand delivery of humanitarian aid to over 100+ front line communities including the recently liberated towns of Bucha, Irpin, Izyum, Lyman, and Balakliya. We believe in using the most efficient and effective methods for getting aid directly to the civilians who need it most without utilizing middlemen. That's why we're the trusted partner of major NGOs throughout Ukraine to facilitate their humanitarian logistics and operational security.

Last Mile Delivery

Thanks to our outstanding network of hundreds of independent volunteer drivers and Ukrainian civilians, we have succeeded in bringing aid where it's needed most -- all the way to civilians on the front lines of the war.

  • 500,000+ kilos of aid hand delivered directly to civilians in 500+ missions all the way up to the front lines.

  • 100+ communities helped by our last mile delivery teams in liberated areas and near the front lines.

  • 100,000+ kilometers driven by our volunteer fleet to deliver aid to the hardest to reach towns and villages in Ukraine.

Sister Cities Initiative

In January, the town of Westport, CT paired with the city of Lyman, Ukraine to unlock over $250,000 in private donations to support the resupply and rebuilding of Lyman after it was over 75% destroyed by the war and Russian occupation. With these funds, the citizens of Westport, CT have provided:

  • Construction materials to repair housing for over 1,000 civilians

  • 2 brand new trash trucks to replace those stolen by Russians during the occupation

  • 2 new patrol cars to replace those lost in a recent missile attack

  • Thousands of loaves of bread and ready-made meals for hungry residents

  • Age-appropriate Christmas presents for every remaining child in Lyman (491 children)

  • Critical equipment for first responders: radios, boots, socks, and more

We are currently organizing several other sister city relationships that will be announced soon. In the meantime, if your town would like to support a Ukrainian town near the front lines, please contact us.

Clean Water Program

Thanks to our partnership with Wise Water, based in Kyiv, we have built and deployed over 25 clean water systems all over Ukraine, mostly in the Donbas in which millions of civilians are dependent on contaminated water sources. Our newest project, our 10-ton mobile water truck pictured here, allows us to supply clean water to civilians in the remotest areas on demand without creating a static target. As a result of these efforts, over 100,000 Ukrainians are now drinking clean water -- and growing!
