Ukraine Aid International – Summary of 2024 Annual Report

What does it mean to truly stand with Ukraine, not just in words, but in action?

What happens after the cameras leave and the headlines fade?

In 2024, Ukraine Aid International (UAI) didn’t just ask these questions — we answered them through action. We showed up in frontline communities when few others could.

Basically, we delivered water, funded medical clinics, and gave Ukrainian families the most powerful gift in war: dignity.

Let us walk you through what your support made possible in the year 2024 — and why it matters more than ever in a world shaken by Russia’s war in Ukraine, constant missile strikes, drone attacks, and a deepening humanitarian crisis.

Ukraine Aid International: The Power of Showing Up

Since its founding in 2022, UAI has specialized in last-mile humanitarian aid — reaching places few other NGOs dare to go.

Our work is driven by deep logistics expertise, strong local partnerships, and the conviction that sustainable change starts with trust.

“Being on the ground isn’t just about delivering aid — it’s about standing shoulder to shoulder with people who’ve lost everything.”

— Bogdan Shestopalov, Director of Operations

When Ukrainian cities were bombed, our teams delivered support — medical kits, food, Starlink systems, and thermal gear. You helped us provide real missile damage Ukraine donate outcomes.

Now, hundreds of families in Ukraine’s capital have access to safe shelters and digital connectivity.

Building Resilience, Not Just Surviving

What kind of help truly matters when missiles hit homes, drones bomb towns, and entire cities go dark?

UAI Focus Areas in 2024:

  • Clean Water & Heat: mobile filtration units and heating pellet plants kept thousands warm and safe during blackouts.
  • Rescue & Utility Vehicles: 13 critical vehicles — from ambulances to dump trucks — kept essential services alive.
  • Power & Connectivity: 30+ Starlink systems and generators powered communication, hospitals, and shelters.
  • Education & Child Welfare: laptops, chromebooks, and camps helped over 4,000 children access learning and trauma recovery.
  • Municipal Infrastructure: from sewer pumps to rubble-clearing cranes, we helped towns rebuild after attacks.

Sister Cities: Global Response to a Local War

UAI’s Sister City Program is a game-changer — connecting towns in the U.S. and Europe directly with war-torn Ukrainian communities. These partnerships are not symbolic. They fund real trucks, clinics, supplies, and infrastructure that keep cities alive under siege. Sister Cities Initiative — from Westport, CT to Marigny, France — became the backbone of UAI’s war in Ukraine fundraiser model.

These partnerships supplied:

  • Water filtration to Sviatohirsk
  • Trash trucks and cranes to Kostiantynivka
  • Children’s services to Siversk
  • Heating pellet production for multiple town

These aren’t just aid drops. They are relationship-driven responses — personal, sustained, and strategic.

Rebuilding Ukraine After Missile Strikes and Drone Attacks

We support all efforts for Ukraine peace talks, ceasefires, and diplomacy.

However, until then, we must continue to deliver aid, restore hope, and protect lives. The missile strikes continue. The drone attacks haven’t stopped. The Russo-Ukrainian war continues, but so does our fight to protect civilians.

Your help today can give Ukrainians a lifeline tomorrow.

With your help, we can fund relief, build peace, and heal communities.
